Does everyone truly have equal opportunities to engage in sports in Finland?
Sports, especially team sports, foster community and facilitate the integration of children and young people with immigrant backgrounds into Finnish society. How could we make sports more accessible in Finland, and how accessible and equal are sports associations really? What are the key measures for promoting equality and accessibility within the association, as well as embracing and appreciating diversity?
