Safeguarding

The Let’s be better – seminar follows the principles of a safer space. Everyone is partly responsible for creating a safer space. Let people be themselves.

If you’re taking photos, make sure it’s appropriate for anyone who is recognizable in the photo.

If you are pointed out about your behavior, do not trivialize it, but take it into account in the future. We all make mistakes sometimes and learn from them. Persons behaving inappropriately can be removed by the organizer.

Feel free to contact the event organizers if you need help or need support in problem situations. At the Let’s be better – seminar Tarja Krum (+358 40 621 2560, tarja.krum@idrott.fi) is functioning as the event’s responsible safeguarding officer.
